Yingkou Northern Steel drum Manufacturing Equipment Technology CO.,Ltd(Named used bfore:Amex Petroleum & Chemical Yingkou Co., Ltd.) is a joint-stock company after reforming from former China National Petroleum Corporation Yingkou Barrel making Factory (founded in 1908), which covers an area of 21, 000 square meters.It is the specified company to produce both steel drum making machines and steel drums in China.And also Amex is the only one which can provide the complete set of steel drum production line as turnkey project.It is also the unique and professional company to produce high-speed steel drum making equipment.The company owns core technology of independent intellectual property rights.It is a high-technology company which integrates the functions of research & development, design, production, maintenance, sale and production line system.The company was subordinate to Original Ministry of Commerce, Sinopec, and CNPC.

Main products:

We can provide full set of steel drum production line as turnkey project (including the front section uncoiling leveling line, middle section steel drum production line, rear section degreasing, phosphorization, painting, drying production lines and full automatic drum seam welder);Product configuration is complete and divided into low speed production line (1-2PCS/ min), middle speed production line (5PCS / min), high-speed production line (7-8PCS/ min), super high-speed production line (9-10PCS/ min).

Production Capacity:The annual production is more than 100 sets of steel drum making equipments.We have supplied high-quality steel drum making equipments to more than 100 users in domestic and abroad.In recent years, our company has providing the complete production line to the United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, UAE, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Vanuatu, Kenya, Pakistan, Cameroon and other countries.

Equipment and testing instrument:We already has more than 120 sets of machining equipment and testing instrument including 6m planer, 4m planer, 1.6m vertical lathe, 1.25m vertical lathe, TPX611B type digital horizontal boring and milling machine, 68 type boring machine, 17 type boring machine, CNC machines tools.

Technical force:We have over 110 years′ rich experiences from original Yingkou Barrel Making Factory on research and development, design and producing barrel-production equipment, and it has core technologies with independent intellectual property rights.Many machines designed and manufactured by our engineers and technicians such as seaming machine, W corrugation machine, flanging machine, beading machine and 200 liters tight head steel drum production line won the Second and Third Award of Science & Technology Progress.The pre-curling machine won the Gold Award of the Beijing International Package exhibition.
